Testing requirements

We currently have a low amount of end to end tests, but we are working on adding more. If you want to help out with end to end testing, please feel free to submit a pull request with new tests.

For all pull requests unit and integration tests are required. If you are adding new functionality, please also add tests for that functionality.

Once we release the first major version, we'll become a lot more strict with testing requirements.
